Cancellation/Refund Policy

Individual Appointments

  • Clients are asked to provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged the full session fee.

Late Arrivals

  • Late arrivals are welcome whenever possible; however, sessions will generally end at the scheduled time to respect the next client's appointment.

No-Shows

  • Appointments missed without notice may be considered a no-show and charged in full.

  • Repeated no-shows may require prepayment before future bookings.

Retreats

Occasionally circumstances beyond our control require postponement or cancellation.

Examples may includes:

  • Severe weather

  • Natural disasters

  • Venue closure

  • Instructor illness

  • Public health concerns

  • Insufficient registration

  • Other unforeseen circumstances

If Branch & Balance Collective cancels a retreat, participants will receive either:

  • A full refund of retreat fees paid to Branch & Balance Collective, or

  • The option to transfer registration to a future retreat.

Branch & Balance Collective is not responsible for airfare, transportation costs, hotel expenses outside the retreat, or other personal travel expenses unless required by applicable law.

Workshops

  • Because workshops require planning and preparation, cancellation policies help ensure fairness for all participants.

  • Unless otherwise noted:
    • Cancellations made 14 or more days before the workshop may receive a full refund or transfer.
    • Cancellations made 7–13 days before the workshop may receive a partial refund or credit.
    • Cancellations made within 7 days of the workshop are generally non-refundable.

Participants may request to transfer their registration to another individual with prior approval when appropriate.

If Branch & Balance Collective must cancel or reschedule a workshop, participants may choose either:
• A full refund, or
• Transfer to a future offering.

Emergencies

  • Life happens. Illness, family emergencies, and unexpected circumstances will always be considered with compassion and professionalism.

  • Whenever possible, please communicate as soon as you are able.
