Welcome, I’m Casey …

I believe the most meaningful work begins long before someone books a session.

It begins the moment they feel seen.

Branch & Balance Collective grew from a simple questions:

What becomes possible when people reconnect with themselves?

My Path to Embodiment

My path to embodiment began very young. As an anxious child who often felt

disconnected from my environment, I was always searching for a sense of

groundedness. I have always carried a strong sense of justice, and that led me on

a lifelong search for peace in the midst of chaos. As I grew older, I realized

something that would eventually shape my life's work:

In order to care well for my community, I first needed to be deeply

connected to myself.

That realization changed everything.

When it comes to my work, I've spent much of my career working within organizations, leading teams,

managing operations, and supporting businesses through seasons of growth and change.

Alongside that work, I've also walked my own journey of healing, reflection, and rediscovering what it means to

live from a place of alignment rather than expectation.

Both experiences taught me the same lesson.

People don't need someone to fix them.

They need environments where they can reconnect with the wisdom they've carried all along.

That realization eventually became Branch & Balance Collective.

Today, that philosophy shapes every conversation, every class, every workshop, and every partnership I have the privilege to be part of.

A scenic view of a calm pond or lake with lush green trees and foliage surrounding it, with their reflections visible on the water's surface.
A woman with curly hair in a bun practicing yoga or meditation in a room with white walls. She is kneeling with hands pressed together in front of her chest, eyes closed. Behind her are framed artwork, a decorative tree sculpture, and a string of warm lights on the wall, creating a peaceful atmosphere.
A peaceful lake surrounded by trees and mountains with a partly cloudy sky reflected in the water.

What I Believe

Hello,

I believe every human being possesses inherent dignity.

I believe sustainable growth begins from the inside out.

I believe our bodies carry wisdom worth listening to.

I believe leadership should honor humanity before hierarchy.

I believe meaningful work should never require us to sacrifice ourselves.

I believe slowing down is often the beginning of moving forward.

Most of all...

I believe the answers we spend so much of our lives searching for often begin to emerge when we create enough space to hear them.

I am so glad you are here,

Casey ♡

How I Work

When we work together, my role is not to tell you who to become.

My role is to ask thoughtful questions.

To create space for honest reflection.

To help you notice patterns that may have been hidden beneath the noise of everyday life.

Sometimes that looks like a coaching conversation.

Sometimes it looks like movement.

Sometimes it looks like helping a leadership team reconnect with the people at the heart of their organization.

The methods may change.

The purpose never does.

A Few Things You Should Know About Me

Close-up of purple and white flowers placed on handwritten letter on a white surface.

I begin every yoga class with breath.

I believe libraries and gardens have more in common than people realize.

I write by reading my words aloud.

I'm equally at home talking about organizational systems and quiet moments of reflection.

I believe curiosity is one of the greatest gifts we can offer another person.

Beyond My Work

You Will Often Find Me…

  • beginning the day outside whenever I can,

  • reading with a cup of coffee nearby,

  • wandering through gardens and libraries,

  • asking questions that don't always have quick answers,

  • believing that every meaningful conversation begins with curiosity.

Thank you for being here.

Whether our paths cross for a single conversation or many years to come, I hope this space reminds you of one simple truth.

You already carry more wisdom than you may realize.

Sometimes all we need is the right environment to hear it.

Whenever you're ready...

I'd be honored to walk alongside you.
